This notice explains the information IPD may use to understand and respond to a material request. Please share only what is needed for your request.
01 · IPD
Information And Purpose
A request may include basic business contact details, an address or project location, product interest, a message, and origin or campaign data. IPD uses this information to understand the request and prepare a response—not to require more information than the request needs.

02 · IPD
Providers And Rights
Information may be handled by the services that support the request form, analytics, and communication. A short-lived, first-party HttpOnly cookie carries your request reference to the confirmation page; it is not used by analytics. IPD does not use your request to create an online order; product and pricing details are confirmed directly for each requirement.
03 · IPD
Optional Analytics Measurement
Optional analytics measurement remains off until you allow it in Optional measurement settings. When allowed, Google Analytics records page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, internal link clicks, contact clicks, and quote-form progress. For tagged campaign visits, it may also receive the site's sanitized UTM labels, including source, medium, campaign, content, term, campaign ID, platform, creative format, and marketing tactic. The site keeps first and latest consented campaign touches for up to 30 days so an enquiry can retain its campaign context. Microsoft Clarity records masked session interactions to create heatmaps and session recordings. The quote form and displayed request reference are marked for masking, and references are kept out of page URLs. Analytics does not receive quote form field values or request references. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change your choices. A first-party consent cookie, lasting up to one year, and local browser storage remember only your measurement choices and their revision. If your browser blocks both, your choice applies to the current page session and the site explains that it could not save it.
04 · IPD
Optional Advertising Measurement
Optional Google Ads measurement remains off until you allow it in Optional measurement settings. When allowed, the site uses Google advertising click identifiers and measurement storage to connect an ad visit with a quote request accepted for delivery to IPD sales. The conversion event does not include your form fields or message. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change this choice independently of analytics and session recordings. Your measurement choice does not affect submitting a request.
